She was extremely professional, patient, and polite throughout the entire process. Cat truly knows her job and went above and beyond to help me. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. She is absolutely a gold-star employee and deserves recognition—and a raise! I’m very happy to say I received true “extra-mile” service today because of her.

As soon as I walked in, the teller and branch manager immediately informed me, in a judgmental and dismissive tone, that the account required a $50 minimum. I assured them that it wasn’t an issue — but their facial expressions and attitudes were clearly unwelcoming. Once they saw the actual amount I was depositing, their demeanor changed — but the damage was already done. One of the tellers still chose to place a 9-day hold on my funds, which felt completely unnecessary and targeted. I will be closing my account. I expected professionalism and basic respect, and received neither. Never judge a book by its cover. Do better.
