Today I had to go to the bank. I had the unpleasant experience of meeting a person with no service capacity. Without any spirit of service, unfortunately. This lady is called Judy Glass, unfortunately she offended me by doubting the authenticity of a check. I do not know if it is because I am Hispanic. Or what is it due to? But it is unfortunate that these things happen.

This bank charged my widowed mother $5,750.00 early termination fee to cash-in my deceased father's CD. If you have CD's with Suntrust Bank, I hope your family doesn't need the money as badly as Suntrust Bank does!
