I've been with SunTrust for many years and for as long as I've been a customer, the location in Lawrenceburg TN has been extremely slow. Every time I come in, there's a bread line a mile long! They need to seriously hire more, faster workers This is ridiculous. I'm actually considering switching banks because I am tired of waiting so long for simple transactions.

OK you have to use your debit card 10 times or you will be charged a maintenance fee every month or make 10 transactions or have $300 in your account. I can't seem to get anything done here though the staff are very friendly, Doesn't have that small town atmosphere feeling like a credit Union here does. Feel more like a number then a person in here. Management and staff are super friendly and they do their best to take care of you but since this is a nationwide branch small town people don't get this small town feeling as they would a credit Union. A people owned place. They only look at your number here they don't look at a relationship just your credit score. I went to employ resources credit Union got treated like a person and have always been done right. I have loans and accounts at both this bank in the credit Union I get way more done at the credit Union with way better rates. I know what's out of their hands but like I said you're a number and this is a corporate nationwide bank versus a small town community owned credit union. Staff are friendly though and do assist the best they can but they have to answer to higher up who only care about profits. Tanya is a branch manager here she's friendly and so are the personnel. But I can't get any business done here unfortunately, But thinking of moving all of our account somewhere else. Where you are a person and not just the number. I was called by corporate and asked about my experiences here based on a survey i took and I told them the truth then a week later approximately the branch manager called me and asked why I left the bad review and I was clear I did not intend on leaveing a bad review on the staffs service but a bad review on the bank itself but it was on correctable at that point. I cannot get anything done at this bank, Not even a prepaid credit card when I have credit cards other places no problem at all, actually 2 different companies. My mother was a branch manager at suntrust for over 20 years and she left them due to promotions and raises being given to those based on what their spouses make so I should have known from my mother's decades of experience but I took a gamble and as of now I'm still here but I very rarely frequent this place. I get a dreary felling when I go in here. It may be for you but it's not for us we choose local banks and spend money locally. I hope this is help you out make a decision you can go elsewhere and not pay fees or you can go here and be charged for not using your card.

The new hours are extremely inconvenient. This bank is already the slowest bank I have ever used, but now I'm forced to go there at the noon hour. The noon hour at this bank is very crowded and it is already a slow service bank.
