    This is my favorite Truist bank and the closest one to me. It is almost a 30 minute drive but I've always received great service here!

    Posting for a friend about to quit truist, they've had issues with security breaches for years, all tellers at each location are the slowest I've ever seen in my life, never enough tellers and always someone not doing anything to help, my friend is fed up with fraudulent charges that did not actually get investigated at all, ppl aren't going to pay for things they did not do.

    Nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls or emails. Even the Truist corporate can't get ahold of them for me.
