We are dealing with most of the same people from Sun Trust. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and offer suggestions to better serve you. The only complaint I have is with their automated phone system. It is NOT very user friendly! You have to be quick with your answer or it keeps asking the same question then hangs up on you.
