    Erin , the bank manager is HORRIBLE!!!! Erin does not her job at all or even the tellers job that she hides behind saying they are short handed. Even though there were 3 other tellers there. Erin had no clue how to get correct paperwork to my loan company. NFA even told me they have dealt with a more incompetent person. She refused to get from a teller position to check her messages that my loan had been sending all day!! There were NO other people in the bank needing help. Intentionally making it hard for the loan officer at NFA from doing there job!! Have been at the bank since it was Suntrust, for 24 years. I have closed my bank box out and will be switching to Commercial Bank because of Erin. So sad epically since I have Truist Bank stock. For your sake Do Not Use Truist Bank on Jacksboro Pike Knoxville Tn. Ruthie

    They will just lie to your face, at any given time you're bothering them and they will say whatever to get you to leave or shut up. Big thank you to Dehstuhney for wasting a week of time and severely damaging my credit in the process. Its a horrible bank, with horrible people working there, the reviews are justified.

    Took me 45 min to deposit 500 in my account, 2 lady’s , one was watching the other one to make sure she did it right with a 6 customers on line if she is training her she can do it when the branch is not to busy

    I had an appointment. I was 5 minutes early and waited 10 minutes over. From what I could overhear it seemed like the customers in the only office would be there the rest of the day. On top of that they were unmasked. I'll take my business elsewhere.
