With two small kids and us both working full time, this was the best we could do. We knew they might be busy and would’ve understood if so. But there was no one waiting and the office rep we needed was available. But no, we were told “We don’t have time for that today.” We’ve been members for nearly 20 years. They have all our information already. It likely could’ve been done in 45 minutes or less. But no, they just didn’t want to.

Either way, the teller is always courteous and professional and I feel like I receive prompt service. I'm not sure "what more" other people seem to be expecting (based on some really terrible reviews). I am a personal account holder and not a business owner, so my transactions are pretty simple. This branch is probably not as busy as others; I have almost never have to wait to see a teller.
