With two small kids and us both working full time, this was the best we could do. We knew they might be busy and would’ve understood if so. But there was no one waiting and the office rep we needed was available. But no, we were told “We don’t have time for that today.” We’ve been members for nearly 20 years. They have all our information already. It likely could’ve been done in 45 minutes or less. But no, they just didn’t want to.

I do large check deposits that have international checks on occasion, Susan has always been more than helpful taking care of these and is knowledgeable in processing them.
