My wife came down with all required documentation to open a business account. We arrived with over an hour left to close. With two small kids and us both working full time, this was the best we could do. We knew they might be busy and would’ve understood if so. But there was no one waiting and the office rep we needed was available. But no, we were told “We don’t have time for that today.” We’ve been members for nearly 20 years. They have all our information already. It likely could’ve been done in 45 minutes or less. But no, they just didn’t want to.

No sign in sheet. Was wanting to open an account and waited in line to be helped, a regular named Don came in after us and got priority. We were told we could schedule an appointment for a later date. Took our business elsewhere.

I have always had a good experience; I usually walk in but occasionally use the drive-thru. Either way, the teller is always courteous and professional and I feel like I receive prompt service. I'm not sure "what more" other people seem to be expecting (based on some really terrible reviews). I am a personal account holder and not a business owner, so my transactions are pretty simple. This branch is probably not as busy as others; I have almost never have to wait to see a teller.

Always professional, courteous, timely. Successfully completed one construction loan and two mortgages through the years. I do hope that continues with the merger/reorganization.
