I just needed to deposit some money, but they didn't even have the decency to acknowledge my presence and say, "Sorry, we are closed." They are just like every other sterile big bank. I'm a number, not a person.

Also Andy, a personal banker, was unwilling to help with an account that had been previously opened. In fact he was very sarcastic in his responses to my wife! We will be moving all of our accounts to solely Regions soon.
