- JHJason HuffDec 18, 20231.0This branch struggles.. The two employees David and Summer are always at the counter working their tails off with smiles. They are trying to work the counter and drive-thru, while 3-4 other employees are sitting at their desks with no clients and NEVER come over to help these two. I always have to wait in line at a minimum of 15 min each visit and it’s very frustrating. That doesn’t happen at the other banks I have accounts at. PLEASE get them some help!
