At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
I filed an official BBB complaint for this bank. Not allowing consumers to turn off balance features they cannot control & then hallucinating positive balances is wrong. I will ensure a formal investigation into your UDAAP violations is conducted.

I've been to this branch twice while in the process of probating a complex and frustrating estate. Both times I received exceptional customer service from LeShaun.
So much of this probate process has been difficult and unclear to me so I really appreciate her kindness and the time she took to listen and understand what was needed.
