- SRStacy ReynoldsDec 15, 20251.0I TURNED IN A CLAIM WITH THE FRAUD COMPANY TWO WEEKS AGO, AND I HAVE NOT HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM ANYONE SO WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON MY CLAIM, THEY INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS DENIED. I ASKED HOW COME NO ONE INFORMED ME ON IT AND THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A SIMPLE ANSWER. THE OTHER PROBLEM WAS THAT AFTER THE THIRD PERSON I TALKED TO STILL DID NOT WRITE DOWN ALL THE TRANSACTIONS THAT WERE NOT MINE I HAD TO REPEATEDLY GIVE EACH TRANSACTION TO THEM BECAUSE SOMEHOW THEY LOST IT THAN WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN CHARGE, APPARENTLY THEY HAVE NO ONE IN CHARGE TO SPEAK TO NOT A MANAGER NOT A SUPERVISOR NO ONE SO WHEN I ASKED IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM, WHO DO YOU CONTACT TO GET HELP AND SHE SIMPLY COULD NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER?. TRUIST, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER THAN THIS. THIS IS SOMEONE’S MONEY THAT THEY HAVE WORKED EXTREMELY HARD TO GET SOMEONE’S MONEY THAT PAYS THEIR MORTGAGE, UTILITY AND FOOD . II WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER BANK

The customer line was out the door, which included elderly people with walking devices; trying to withstand being on their feet. Where is the respect, compassion & professionalism of having all stations covered on their busiest time of every week? I was waiting in the lobby on my sister, while she was waiting in the pathetic long line, observing bank employees walking around or just sitting at their empty desks totally disregarding to make any efforts in helping the bank tellers to assist customers standing in line out to the front door! That made me decide against using this bank or recommending it to anyone. Plus, they have NO drive through service.
