- SWSusan Miller WilsonOct 5, 20223.0Only 2 bank tellers on duty on Friday at their busiest time, when customers were getting off work & cashing/depositing their paychecks. The customer line was out the door, which included elderly people with walking devices; trying to withstand being on their feet. Where is the respect, compassion & professionalism of having all stations covered on their busiest time of every week? I was waiting in the lobby on my sister, while she was waiting in the pathetic long line, observing bank employees walking around or just sitting at their empty desks totally disregarding to make any efforts in helping the bank tellers to assist customers standing in line out to the front door! That made me decide against using this bank or recommending it to anyone. Plus, they have NO drive through service.
