    I have been with Suntrust now Truist for over 30 years, unfortunately things are going down hill with this bank, they nickel and diming you with fees, unexplained charges, and the manager Eric twice now he said he would take care of an issue but never does. Time to move!!

    No matter when you call, NO ONE answers the phone. If you leave a message about that problem, no one calls you back. I miss Suntrust.

    This is a perpetually understaffed location. Always long lines at the teller stations and I’ve never seen all teller stations manned. Usually there is one teller. Maybe two. Why are there 4-5 teller computers? It’s anyone’s guess. Won’t go to this branch anymore due to the long wait times.

    Super slow at this location!!! Takes forever to just make a deposit. This is my 3rd transition/name change with this bank and the services are getting worse in every change
