Overall they are very kind and have customers best interests at hand and they will help you anyway they can if possible...they definitely will go that extra mile to help you if you need it. And everyone has different feelings or thoughts about certain things but I have had no bad experiences with this company and have nothing at all bad to say and I will say this...No one needs to be blaming any business for the reasons of getting upset because you feel a certain way because you didn't make your payments or fulfill your obligations and something bad happened or whatever,that's your fault not the business. People don't ever want to admit when they are at fault and it's always like that! I just had to say something because it's the truth!
