- MSMalcolm StiefelJun 23, 20251.0Joined this bank in February with my direct deposits going towards the bank bonus. Had to have surgery, but met the monetary requirements. Took 2 months off and I’m now told I didn’t qualify after numerous reps telling me I still would . Also, no atm and fees are $6-7 to withdraw at another ATM
- KMKati MJan 24, 20251.0Got stuck with this bank when the took over my bank Capstar 4 months ago. The app is useless so I go to the web site and still can't find the 3 accounts I have there and I keep getting paper statements that they charge $3 for. Last month I went in the branch, and watched the office person get put on long hold, calling their head bank, then she did what I did, for 3 months, to stop the paper statements and today I got another one. I also made 2 extra payments to the principal of 2 mortgages, to try getting out of this bank, and those payments don't show anywhere on my accounts. Worst bank I've ever been with and I'm late 50s and had half dozen mortgages in my life.
- KCK CDec 12, 20241.0This is such a terrible bank. I financed my car with old national. They sent my first car title out in a timely matter but I received two more titles. The last title which was number three had a lien on it when my car had been paid off for four months. Now they won’t release the lien and old national refuses to send a release by mail. Just void using this bank for anything.
