- RGRana GamaleldinJan 5, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. This branch is always slow, regardless of how simple the transaction is. Waiting 15–20 minutes for basic services is unacceptable. The lack of efficiency and urgency from staff makes this one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. I will avoid this branch whenever possible.

I WAS a customer of First Horizon for almost 20 years. Thus, now I have moved to a better bank -TVA credit union and I always get service on time there and they are much more friendly, helpful and have better account options.

So another one came over and she wanted me to know that the credit card machine was broken. I said wow that's awesome you let me stand here for 15 minutes and never told me that. Should be on the door and I would have gone somewhere else. I was very upset and the individual who was the bank manager (this is a joke) he was just a jerk. I was going to close my account and just take the major inconvenience but I went to another location further down Kingston Pike and I have to say that young man was the reason I didn't close my account. I told his branch manager and she said that was fantastic he was everything a professional individual should be not like the other location. So don't go to Downtown West Boulevard!!!!! Unless you want a group of unprofessional people helping you.
