We tried at a chain and were told they couldn't because of bank policies (even with a birth certificate and ss card). A friend told us about First Citizens and connected us with Natasha. She opened an account for my son that day (free checking) and also told us that they offer FREE business accounts (with e-statements). We will be transitioning our business banking to them shortly. Absolutely could not be more excited to be banking with local people! Highly recommend checking them out for ALL of your banking needs.
