    I bank at the Kingston Office...recently got a vehicle loan for my daughters first vehicle and we worked with Jennifer. She is fabulous, in fact all the ladies at the Kingston branch are wonderful. I recommend everyone to use this branch.

    This is a great hometown Bank. Everyone there is really nice. The ladies in the drive-through are absolutely phenomenal. They’re fast and they’re friendly and they always greet you with a smile. Never have a problem at my bank.

    DO NOT USE THIS BANK unless you want to have your debit card restricted Constantly. I have had a debit card with this bank for 2 weeks and 4 separate times I’ve went to use it and it declined (with plenty of money in my account). I called to have the restriction taken off each time. The only “solution” they provide is to tell them every single business we do business with and they can permanently remove the restrictions for each of those. Meaning, if you want to buy a necklace online from a small business, or an online course, each and every purchase you make online has to be turned into them as a place you “do business” with. You can’t use Your Own Money as you want without telling them who you’re buying from first. It’s extremely inconvenient to make a purchase online the night before, then try to get gas in the morning and your card is declined because of the bank’s ridiculous policies to freeze your card for every purchase without warning. After the fourth time and being told we’d have to call and tell them everyone we “do business” with, I’m leaving this bank. Save yourself time. If you want access to Your Own Money and want to make purchases as You see fit, choose a different bank.
