- SSSierraJan 10, 20241.0DO NOT USE THIS BANK unless you want to have your debit card restricted Constantly. I have had a debit card with this bank for 2 weeks and 4 separate times I’ve went to use it and it declined (with plenty of money in my account). I called to have the restriction taken off each time. The only “solution” they provide is to tell them every single business we do business with and they can permanently remove the restrictions for each of those. Meaning, if you want to buy a necklace online from a small business, or an online course, each and every purchase you make online has to be turned into them as a place you “do business” with. You can’t use Your Own Money as you want without telling them who you’re buying from first. It’s extremely inconvenient to make a purchase online the night before, then try to get gas in the morning and your card is declined because of the bank’s ridiculous policies to freeze your card for every purchase without warning. After the fourth time and being told we’d have to call and tell them everyone we “do business” with, I’m leaving this bank. Save yourself time. If you want access to Your Own Money and want to make purchases as You see fit, choose a different bank.
