I go in and she's completely, already shows an attitude and gets personal with me without explaining herself. Immediately gets defensive and starts raising her voice in-store and telling me to get out, when I was only trying to renew my loan. Mind you, I've had an account with them for 4 years and always on time with payments. I wouldn't recommend this place with this manager being in charge. She brings her issues to work and takes it out on long term customer. Covington will not receive my business again after this I paid in full. I left without renewing. Go somewhere else and don't fool with this store.
