- DTDonna G Kingsport, TNJan 4, 20251.0I AM IN FORECLOSURE because of this bank. I used Bill Pay on December 27th. I assumed this would be taken care of quickly as it was for my mortgage with a different back. As I was completing the transaction, a pop-up happened THEN and I saw "Available January 3rd." This didn't happen. FBT told me it would now be the 7th. That was 11 days after I sent the request. Had it gone through, it left me with $8. FBT told me I could cancel the bill pay for $22. By the time I thought I had this straightened out, my mortgage company had started foreclosure proceedings and would not accept any payments. I blame FBT for this because of misrepresentations made to me with an ultimate result of losing my house and being homeless. I can't rent an apartment for less than what I would pay for my mortgage
