Honestly I know the people that could change this couldn't care less but I'll feel better having written this. When Truist took over they closed our Greeneville branch. My husband drives truck and does NOT have direct deposit, his boss takes it to a branch where his 'yard" is as a favor to us. NOW we must make a 40 mile round trip to do banking business.

Our branch closed so I went to ECU but haven't had a change to close my Truist account. I logged in to my app and see they have been charging me $12 a month for several months now. NOT A GOOD BANK AT ALL. I called and asked to close account and I have to go to another town to do so. BAD BUSINESS

They have absolutely ruined the outstanding tradition of trust and professionalism that Suntrust had built-up. Terrible merger, even worse customer service.

Easy to work with, just pick up a less busy time or schedule an appointment before you run into the site. I'm happy with today's visit.

Usually the people in there are kinda rude. Not all the time, but a lot of the time. The suntrust in Gray is a lot better.
