Worst Truist I’ve ever been to. They never have bankers here only tellers, you literally have to make an appt for everything. I’m going to a different bank.

For me all I do is take a money order to pay my rent here, and it's always fast and they're always kind to me. I don't actually bank here so maybe my rating doesnt count for much but its the experience I have there. And wanted to share it

I'm not a fan of SunTrust at all. The staff are insanely judgemental and smug. They have a fee for just about everything I'm surprised you don't have to pay ¢75 for walking thru the door. I'm sure they are nice for some people but I bet those people have huge wallets. You can use Suntrust if you want but their are much better places to bank like Eastman Credit Union.

Been a Sun Trust client 30 years. They have always been fair. Now. Two ID s. To cash a check and teller knows me?????? Has known me for 20 years. I’d doesn’t have to have picture on it. Really. Website works 1/2 the time. I recently had a possible overdraft. 36. Sent me a post card. Then overdrafted me before I got post card Web page didn’t work so I couldn’t transfer money.

They are very rude here at the W Market location. Manager Michele was hateful and also have me incorrect information on my deposit. The SunTrust on Mockingbird is very nice and friendly.
