- ABAshley BrookeFeb 4, 20251.0At this branch, I had a horrible experience with the manager simply because I was curious about their cash checking policy. I went to the one on N. Roan Street and answered my questions didn’t make me feel stupid and also didn’t make me cry. Not to mention what the manager made me cry about she was wrong about in the policy that she told me yesterday. So if you’re gonna use one of these banks, do not use the one near ETSU use the one near the mall.

They sent me a text message when mine got hacked. We went into the bank today to get new debit cards I was totally ignored by the woman issuing the debit cards I'm the primary account holder. She focused her attention on my husband & acted like I wasn't even there. I WILL be closing MY account out as soon as I get my other account set up. I was disrespected by the woman who issued our new debit cards I'm done with first horizon

Even after I signed an agreement on my account that my account shouldn't for any reason be thrown into negative (i.e. never overdrawn), they don't honor the contract. Been on hold for over an hour.... Terrible customer service. I really wish I can give a negative rating because they don't deserve a rating at all.
