- MBMary ‘Kat’ BurnsAug 12, 20221.0I went to discuss investing a large sum of money the other day… Sign at the door stated “OPEN” - no sign stating ‘masks required’ and no mask on the secretary. Door was locked. Wait for her to come to the door and asked if they were closed, told no, they were open. All the while, she has the door barely cracked open - as though I had the plague. smh Told her I wanted to discuss investing my money… “Well, I can get you some info to read.” Told her no, I want to sit down and discuss this face to face with an investor. Received a deer in the headlights, glazed over look. still smh… just harder Seriously? What kind of customer service is this? PP type. Will be taking these hundreds of thousands elsewhere… but not to an Edward Jones now. Apparently “Mike” is great, but he clearly needs to fire his secretary/receptionist!

If you want top notch customer service from a financial advisor, then this is the man you need. 5 stars are not enough to rate for Mike at Edward Jones. He treats his customers as friends and goes above and beyond to show them that he cares about them. He is very honest and genuine and that's hard to find in today's society. After I met Mike, I immediately felt this genuine trust in him, his character has gone above and beyond proving that to me. Step ahead a few years, I have moved quite a bit, three different states and I've kept Mike as my financial advisor, even though now he is hundreds of miles away, there still isn't anyone else I would trust then having him take care of my financial needs. Thank you Mike & his amazing assistant, Deborah for all you do. You're truly wonder people and friends and you are both appreciated. Nothing goes unnoticed!
