  I have been with First Bank now for about 10 years. I’ve been with several banks in my lifetime and have finally found the people that treat you as you should be treated. Being in business for myself I looked for the best fit for my company. First Bank had the most cost effective rates for business accounts at the time, so I chose to give them a try. After 10 years and a multitude of experiences with different associates, I have to say that they are simply the best. I have a personal savings and checking, as well as my business account with them. I also currently have a loan with them. In the time I’ve been here, I’ve had 3-4 loans with them, and those have been handled by two different loan officers. I’ve worked with people that are no longer here and people that have been here the whole time. What I can honestly say about this bank is that you’ll never be treated anything shy of like family with them and I think that’s great. You generally only get that with small town local banks, and it’s nice getting that same feeling with a larger bank that has multiple locations across the state. Brian Ferrell, Desiree Hoyle, Greg Parsons, Lisa Robertson, Emily Brown, and Drew Yates, I appreciate you all for making the day to day operations regarding the financial end of my business a little easier.

  This has got to be the worst bank ever .I had to transfer to it when they bought out Clayton which was the best bank ever. very unprofessional couldn't get my account setup like I wanted to ,transferred without even being told to Brian the branch manager couldn't help me ,he was like a deer in the headlights get your money away from this place or don't take it there to begin with .run as quick as possible it's the worst bank I've ever been in . my direct deposit hits in 3 days and I am closing it out I don't believe I can get it switched quick enough so I'm staying three more days but everybody else please run and run as fast as you can

  Frances Jones made the refinance process smooth and easy. I felt very comfortable with her and am impressed at how she followed up and contacted me with the answers to all my questions.
