I am highly dissatisfied with the service I just received at this location.
At the moment, I am working three jobs and I’m still barely getting by that is my fault because of my choices and the situation that I have chosen. I say this because I look at my bank statement, daily to make sure that I can pay the bills that are needed to be paid at that time.
My first complaint is the fact that every time I deposit money cash in the ATM no matter which ATM I go to there is always a hold on my balance. Meaning I can deposit $220 and go and try to make a payment on a bill and I cannot it declines because my cash deposit is not available immediate. The branch manager just told me that they cannot control the ATM. I understand they cannot control the ATM but if their ATMs are not working properly like making funds available as soon as they’re deposited even when it is a CASH deposit, why are y’all still in contract with that ATM company. It is definitely NOT MY FAULT for being upset over something as simple as having my funds available right after I deposit cash into the ATM.
Second complaint, I do not like being judged by a branch manager that is half dressed with a spray on tan that thinks they’re better than you accusing me of yelling at them when I didn’t even begin to yell, and even got accused of of yelling at the associate that I had approached when I walked in the bank and also being told that I didn’t let the associate that was helping me on the phone get a word in edgewise. Which might be the truth on the second phone call I received when I was told that everything is adding up that is on my bank statement. I am going to include pictures of my banking online from August 21 where my account was -90.06 to what it shows today at this time. My statements are gonna show where I deposited $220 and it’s gonna show where there was that mysterious hold on my cash deposit of -$220 and it never shows the $220 being added back in. For me this is crucial I living to paycheck and when my bank account can’t even show me the correct and up-to-date deposits and pending transactions, etc., etc.. it makes it really hard to pay my bills and to make sure I have the correct funds in my bank account to do so.
The branch manager from who, I did not get their name inform me that she got right down to the penny on my balance. Which kind of blows my mind because the balance I got actually had a $.12 difference in their favor so the balance I got was $62.99, the balance they got was $63.11 that was my current balance.
Bottom line though the branch manager really needs to have a come to Jesus moment so she can learn what being humble empathic is really like. Obviously being forced to resign and being sued is not her rock bottom but this half dressed woman really needs to be let go.

Why do you list a phone number if no one is willing to answer the phone? I've called 20 times back to back and still no one answered the phone, you can't get the banker to answer a question and when they say I'll let you know, they never will. I sat in the lobby 2 days ago for 30 minutes before I was able to see a banker and the branch manager actually saw me, looked at me, got up and shut her door. I literally thought she was coming towards me to see if she can help but she proved me right, Truist has the worst service

Very slow and made mistakes. They fixed the mistake but the inconvenience was upsetting.
