- THTamara HarpFeb 25, 20225.0Once I got used to the online banking it was great. Staff at Hixson is awesome , especially the young gentleman that works there. Always friendly from the get go. But the Hixson branch needs to be able to print a debit card in that brand new fancy building. I waited and waited for over six weeks and never received my debit card after the manager Lisa ordered it. So I finally decided to drive downtown and they were able to print a debit card that day. First Tennessee has always been able to print a new debit card no problem. But if you read this comment First Bank you deserve a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️... so I hope someone there reads this. Good Day
