It had been a long time from the last time that I used the drive thru teller. I usually just use the ATM. From now on that's all that I will use there, is the ATM. This branch is luck to get one star from me. I'd give 1/2 star to you.
- AHAimee HallAug 6, 20191.0I hate that people that work regular 8-4 jobs and may need assistance at bank can't even get any help at a location because by time we get there around 4:30 they are already closing out end of the day. And locations that close at 4 most people don't have a chance to make it there or can't go on their lunch breaks. First Tennessee customer service has slowly been declining. I feel once it's taken over by this new bank all bets will be off. If it wasn't for the friendly staff and me banking with them for years, I would definitely be banking elsewhere.
