My mother passed June 30th 2025......I am executor of her will. She had an acct there for many years. They fought me tooth and nail on 2 different occasions to do anything with acct even after head office told me what all paperwork to bring in which I did. I finally decided to close acct and just move the money left to an acct at my bank......it took the guy AN HOUR AND 40 MINUTES.....to close an acct. He was even looking at FAQ's on their own site trying to figure out what he was doing. I wouldnt let this institution hold a pack of gum for me much less any money.......beware!!! Glad we are done with them. As a side note.....Goodlettsville TN. Kroger branch......2nd in command at this branch Mr Dixit is incompetent !!!!!

We went there to close out our Mom's account after she passed away. She had a little money in the bank but not much. Acting as the LEGAL executor of our Mom's estate, my brother was closing her checking account and moving everything over to the estate account at Regions. They tried every way in the world to make an already painful process worse! They actually told my brother that they were going to hold my mom's pension payment that deposited into her account on the day she passed away!!! They didn't work 35 years for the state to earn that pension. The fact that they even mentioned this when trying to close the account is horrific! I wouldn't let Truist or this branch handle anything for me. Beware!

I like going here because the hours are extended until 7pm weekdays and 10am- 4pm on Saturdays. I have always received helpful, polite service at this branch. There isn't usually a long line. There's a chair to sit in which helps me as a disabled person. I prefer this branch for convenience and great service!❤️

The man behind the counter was very kind. I had a good experience at this location. My only complaint is they don't have a manned drive thru teller. It is all automated.
