- AHAaron HallNov 18, 20201.0Horrible customer service! My original bank (Franklin synergy) recently merged with First bank. I had a major fiasco getting a debit card. The manager of this location “blamed it on my address was not listed with my account”... total B.S, Now I’m going through the same struggles getting checks! Again this same manager “ well your a new customer here and we need you to come in so we can order your checks” This location is not equipped to provide a temporary debit card or checks. All they can do is order it from another location. I’ve spoken to several of the workers and the manager and have not had good experiences with any of them. I actually traveled to my old bank location in Franklin to get the great customer service ... cards were waiting on me when I arrived... apologies given for the lousy service at this location. Don’t waste your time going here!
