More recently, the incompetence experienced there at the hands of several employees truly boggles the mind. My daughter got hacked several months ago. They made her fly all the way from Oregon to Memphis to help clear up the situation - which she did within days. It is now two months later and she still doesn't have an ATM card and the ability to access her account. We have talked with several people at the branch and their responses just blow my mind. Most recently, we were told that it was all her fault. My family is going to find an alternative bank soon.
