- AAAnnettaJun 30, 20231.0Banks all have their faults BUT this bank takes the trophy, call lines are never working, customer service finds ways to manipulate things from their end. Its full of awful surprises like making cash deposits and then the fundsnot being available and then the overdraft charges when u made ur deposits berore they decode to refresh the systems for the day. Those are some of my favorite experiences but by far throne that tops it is, when ur overdraft and u make a deposit and it shows on ur app they love to trll u ur funds werr not available u were not gonna aee the overdraft charge theday of blah blahblah
