  Hola vivo en New albany indiana y la agencia mas cerca de mi casa son ustedes a casi 3 horas de distancia. Quería aperturas 1 cuenta de cheking para mis 2 empresas.deberia sacar una cita? Hay alguien que atienda en Español? Espero su pronta respta y gracias Alfredo muchas gracias por tu tiempo,entre en el link que me ofreces pero no tengo ninguna sucursal cerca a menos de 100millas,la mas cerca es esta sucursal, por eso quisiera me ayudaras a estar seguro de que si hago el viaje para llegar a donde ustedes estan (3horas)me van a poder ayudar a abrir la cuenta a mis 2 empresas,tienen algún número de teléfono donde llamar o email?

  Overall my experience with Jake was good but I recently went in because Jake said that I was able to come back in to do an in person balance transfer. He was super amazing and very detailed with helping me as he could see I had some knowledge but not all knowledge. I saw a few comments on how they should hire people that want to work and I agree. It was one guy can’t remember his name but he did ask what I needed and greeted me. I let him know what was needed, he followed up with Darcy and I believe Whitney was her name… they basically kinda brushed me off so they could finish the conversation they had but pretty much directed me to call online for everything. If I wanted to do it online I wouldn’t have gotten in my car to drive to speak to a person lol kinda obvious you can do things online but also some people don’t always want technology help we like humans to help especially if it’s there JOB…

  Darcy embodies every aspect of professionalism with an uncommon balance of kindness, compassion and care. Topped off with in what we saw was unmatched skills and experience in her job. If only more people like her, businesses would make so much more money and stronger customer base! So thankful for our experience at this Wells Fargo location with Darcy!

  I've used Wells Fargo for almost 30 years and in 3 different states. When I moved back to TN in 2020, I used a ... community bank which became more of a hassle than anything. With WF, I don't have to worry that traveling 3 counties away is going to shut off my debit card. This WF branch in particular is just the right amount of banking for my needs: friendly staff, efficient process, secure 24-hour ATM access, and a great location.

  Find another lender!!!! Do not use Wells Fargo!!! Let me be brief......took an enormous amount of time to process loan, went back for another appraisal 3 times, almost cost me the purchase of new home due to all their delays ( I left and found another lender after Wells missed the closing date) and they refused to refund my appraisal cost. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the stress and anxiety, go somewhere else.......
