I have had no access to my bank online because their app and website have locked me out of my account. Tried to reset password 4 times and it wouldn't work. If it's not having a working atm which I quit using it's no customer service .

Then one day in 2016 I went in to make a deposit and they told me my account had been closed with no explanation! I was shocked. No matter how many times I asked the bank officer, she had no explanation of why my account was closed without notifying me. I have a wonderful bank now and wish I'd have taken my business there first. Very strange experience when I had never had a problem with Reliant.
