I had spoken with Melissa about being able to pay half of my payment for the month and was told NO that would not work. I had let her know my situation and she of course did not care. I hung up the phone and told them well I guess you don’t want anything. I then was contacted about my account from the branch manager who was new, and he had tried to be apologetic but then of course wanted to call my phone 2 times a day every single day. I then told him I was not able to afford a $400 payment anymore that I would be able to pay half, and was told that “get through the weekend and see if you can make some extra money for your payment” I felt I was getting nowhere and told them to just take me to court so they would have no choice but to accept my payment. Well today 6/18 I was contacted by the branch manager again about by account and had told him that I would only be able to make half like I told him before , he decides today to play dumb and act like he never told me that he couldn’t accept partial payments. I honestly do not trust these people and it’s kind of crazy when you are wanting it to be taken up higher cause you feel like they are trying to screw you over. Do not reccomend them. The branch employees before them yes but the ones now. Are all rude and do not care for you as the customer. Run.

Their website is terrible, phone numbers don't work, and have extra fees for everything including paying your bill. If someone asked me "ooo man, Chuck... look at this great deal that uses 1st Heritage" I would tell them to find some other deal
