The drive thru teller was very nice, she greeted with a smile and said " good morning sir " and then proceeded with the deposit for my account. Made my day!

Horrible customer service! Joey is a terrible Branch manager. They decide that if the employee says it didn't happen or they never said it they side with their employees and not the customer. I am speaking about Lindsay Richardson. Horrible customer service. Bank somewhere else

Super slow drive thru when I was the only person at the bank. Why does it take 20 minutes to make a deposit? Then was told the teller lost my money? Had to wait for them to do a "balance" to confirm how much money I gave them. Had to wait another 20 mins while they did that. This place is ridiculous.

Wish they post their banking hours on the web site.
