Experience with accounts at larger banks has led me to moving almost all my banking to Renasant. CJ, the branch manager is absolutely amazing.

We paid off our HELOC last month and they are still withdrawing funds from our account. They cannot do anything correctly. No tax forms on their website, they have to mail them to you. This bank is a joke! This bank is so incredibly disorganized. If you want to talk to someone about your home loan or HELOC, you literally have to talk to the exact loan officer you worked with. Poor customer service and poor online banking platform..
