Tough for me to review the product, as I am not a customer.
Can easily give my experience with them a 5, though. Contacted them to get a mortgage quote. Brendan contacted me back and he was excellent at explaining several products offered and how they could possibly help us. If the lender we ended up with did not offer an incentive of covering closing costs, this would have been the choice for us based on customer service and the knowledge Brendan brought to the table alone.

Went by a few days ago to put a ton of change through their machine. The instructions to use it were very clear and the staff was all very helpful and friendly. Oh, and there was no wait, so that's also fantastic!
