Great credit union with great customer service, whether it's on the phone or in person. The interest rates are a nice bonus. I would recommend over one of the "big" banks.

Horrific customer service and unexplained fees. Steer clear at all costs! Just another company trying to move to the area and capitalize on our growth.

Tyler Coffman has been amazing , he is always sweet and so sincere and made me opening up my checking out so simplified along with my credit card . His smile is so welcoming. I moved here from Lexington, Ky and wanted to bank with a small credit union. Paige Ruiz is so sweet , she is beyond welcoming with her smile ... that girl so deserves a raise. Eathen Rainey is also so welcoming and sweet. That guy works extremely hard and I applaud him for all his dedication to the credit union. All my best, Jessica Pence

Concur with a previous poster. Went through the entire online process to open a checking account and waited weeks for a response. I eventually had to contact them to see what was going on only to be told I've been "declined" for a checking account. Apparently some secretive "score" criteria was not met. When pressed on what that "criteria" was, they were unable to disclose any information. I'm dumbfounded. I have no negative marks on my credit report, no chex systems footprint....what could they possibly be looking for? What prestigious criteria is needed to have a checking account with a small credit union? I only wanted to support teachers, but apparently they don't want or need it. Don't waste your time on this one.
