The worst customer service, ran by people who have no idea what they’re talking about , and heaven forbid you ask them to explain anything. They will badger you by saying the same statement repeatedly and never give you a straight answer . If you want a lender with values and cares about their customers this is the last place to look . You know when you’re talking calmly to ask your questions and the SUPERVISOR is yelling in your face ?!! I don’t know who hired this woman but I hope the CO knows shes costing them time, money and loyal customers.

These folks here and at other branches actually answer calls & emails promptly and can take care of many issues without transferring you multiple times. It’s a stark difference from the big banks. You’re never talking to folks there just to draw a paycheck and nothing more. This bank is a great example of true community banking, very stable financially. Their mobile app. is by far the easiest to use & fluid of any I’ve used. If you want a bank where things “just work” park your $ here.
