My branch knew nothing about the letter, copied it, and said they would get back to me. That was over a week ago and no response. The letter seemed to indicate that I had the option of opting out of this sharing of personal information. It seems odd that no one at my bank knew about the letter. It would be nice to have some one give me details on the letter.
