My husband and I have several accounts and CD’s there. We were one of their first customers after opening in 1998. For over a week I’ve been trying to get help with my on line banking. We have never ever had a problem with customer service until today until today. First one representative tried to help me and couldn’t. She’s been with the bank some 20 years and was not aware how to do a simple transaction. She moved me to another representative because of her incompetence. We have never ever complained, however after my disappointment I asked to speak with the manger to explain my distraught. Today is the first day I met Clark West. I can not explain why he was so rude, however he was. We will be closing our the accounts we can ASAP. I hope customers and potential customers would consider banking elsewhere.
