- NPNorman R Parker5 days ago2.0I have been to this location eight times for the ATM. Six of those times the ATM was either being serviced or turned off. On my most recent trip I asked the ATM repairman, at around noon, when should I return? He said "tomorrow." I have quit going to this location as it is likely the ATM is not operable and it is therefore a waste of time.

This was on a Thursday and my Mom's wake was Friday and funeral was the following Saturday..She called the insurance company to verify the check and then she called the funeral home explaining the situation and she told them that the funds would be available at midnight....When she got off the phone I immediately asked her when could I see my Mom and she said they said I could see her that day.I was in tears because she went over and beyond to help me..I thank God for Alexis and I will never forget how kind she was to me..I wanted Truist to know how much of an asset she is to this company..I just wanted to give her her flowers..
