The bankers at this branch are very lazy. When I tried to open a business account, she said I needed to make an appointment, even though they were just sitting there with nothing to do. I went to another branch, and they completed everything quickly. When I needed to do a wire transfer, they refused again, saying that after 4:00 PM they don’t process wires, even though they close at 5:00 PM. There was no line and they were not busy at all. I ended up going to Chase Bank instead, where the staff were very polite and handled everything quickly.

I have been to this location eight times for the ATM. Six of those times the ATM was either being serviced or turned off. On my most recent trip I asked the ATM repairman, at around noon, when should I return? He said "tomorrow." I have quit going to this location as it is likely the ATM is not operable and it is therefore a waste of time.
