While I am typically not late I wrote down the wrong day for my first payment, I was 2 days past the due date and I am not exaggerating when I tell you they called my ex-husband, parents, both my brothers and my 26 year old child trying to get ahold of me. I have never been more embarrassed and insulted by a company. I paid them off in about 4 months and wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy. Big mistake.

They will start calling you the day your payment is due (3 to 4 times a day) they wI'll also send a payment request email and postal the day your payment is due. We were also lied to when we asked to move our payment date to go along with our pay check.. they moved it 4 days and said as long as we called and set up the draft before the end of our grace period that we would not get charged the late fee that was a lie we still got charged.. will never deal with them again..
