I understand calling and trying to get the payment but good grief 10 times??? I contacted and filed an complaint hopefully they will address this with them. They shouldn’t call from phones that are not the phone number of the company!

They will start calling you the day your payment is due (3 to 4 times a day) they wI'll also send a payment request email and postal the day your payment is due. We were also lied to when we asked to move our payment date to go along with our pay check.. they moved it 4 days and said as long as we called and set up the draft before the end of our grace period that we would not get charged the late fee that was a lie we still got charged.. will never deal with them again..

What is the difference between interest rate vs APR?
