- ZZZAWX115Oct 24, 20251.0This bank is the worst bank I've had. for context, I have three different banks discover, Navy Federal and US Bank this bank is worse than all of them. I first got discover because first national would lock my card every time I tried to buy something online and Make me get a new card every time so I took all my money out and put it in discover except for $28. fast forward today over a year later of no activity and a card that was turned off by them. someone got my card in the UK and used it took all the money I went in told them about the fraud she said "yeah there's been a few frauds lately" and slid me a paper that said I would have to pay $10 for a new card no offer to give me my money back I was like no I want to cancel my account so I went up to a different lady. she said the fraudulent charge was still pending so I couldn't close the account so in short if you want your money to be stolen from you get this Bank

My card had a fraud charge on it so the bank closed the card but failed to even mention it to me. When I finally got ahold of them, they said they will send a new card. Here I am TWO WEEKS later STILL without a card. I called to inquire about when I would get it and they said they just mailed it yesterday. I have bills that are past due, a car payment and insurance past due all because they can’t learn how to us basic mail. I recommend everyone use ANY OTHER BANK BESIDES THIS TERRIBLE INSTITUTION !!!!
