Since the merge this bank has went downhill. Never get the same answer twice. Ask what the debit limit it to withdraw cash got 3 different answers. Website states they accept rolled change for customers but now they have a coinstar machine. So no longer a free service to bring change. Absolutely will not take it pre-rolled. My spouse died but he is still on the account somehow and get questioned every time I make a withdrawal. My name is on the account I should not have to jump through hoops. I brought all paperwork to change the account when he passed but still have to have an over-ride. I will be changing banks.
