Every time I call they don’t have a phone that you can reach somebody in this bank. You have to call one 800 number. Stay on hold for several hours. Finally get somebody and they give you the runaround then, tell you to call another number every time you go to use your card or send money through like Zelle or cash app or anything like that they block it and Then you have to call the one 800 number again stay on hold forever just to prove that it’s you so that you can get this money sent . even though you’ve used Zelle and Cash App many other times 3 rd reason why I would not recommend this bank my husband received his bank card. We called the one 800 number to activate it because you can’t activate it at the ATM. You have to call the one 800 number we called the lady said that it was working and he was free to use his card no it declined decline decline. We tried to call back and no answer . This is a horrible Bank The service sucks the wait time sucks the overall of this bank it’s just don’t do it go to a different bank especially that you can call down and actually talk to someone in your bank and not have to call somebody halfway across the country to try to get something done.
