Ridiculous! Tried to do a wire transfer of MY MONEY!!. That was on 5/13. I have called for 3 days. No one answers. All I get is a recording (Collierville branch). Left 7 messages - no call back. Finally called the corporate number. After 48 minutes, we got "disconnected." I'm not in TN any longer so I can't just run up to the bank. One would expect that a business would answer the phone. If not - at least the courtesy of a return call doesn't seem unreasonable.

Heather H has such a bad attitude if you need help outside of a normal transaction, she was too busy talking over me without asking me what was wrong. She assumed she had the answer before I presented my question. This all had to do with my CASHIER'S CHECK being returned. Cashier checks has always been guaranteed money. She did not want to believe that something went wrong on the banks end!

Bank is understaffed! You will need 20 mins for drive thru deposit if you are only car. Be prepared to wait over an hour if 2 cars are in front of you. You cannot leave as cars are behind you. I tried calling the manager and no team member was available to take call so it routed me to voice mail. Very poorly managed.
