John Medford at this branch sensed that I was being scammed, and did everything possible to talk me out of withdrawing the money. Fortunately, I was able to intercept my money as it was being sent through UPS, and I returned it to the bank this morning. I just wanted First Horizon and others to know how genuinely concerned Mr. Medford is for his customers. Also, a sweet young lady named Faith was very kind during this ordeal ,
