They close at 4:30 daily and 5:00 pm Friday when every other bank is open until later and they also don’t open on Saturday’s. People normally work until 5:00 PM meaning that they would have to leave work earlier just to go to the bank. This is not correct and they really need to change their hours!!!!
- MBMisty BrownNov 25, 20222.0We utilized United Bank to obtain a construction to permanent mortgage. That aspect was a wonderful experience and our local loan officer was/is fantastic. The construction loan administration group, that’s a completely different story. The individual our loan is assigned to is not responsive and offers no constructive assistance. Unlike local banks, the group is very rigid and has made what’s already a stressful event, even more stressful. They lack flexibility around construction costs that will ebb and flow throughout a project; especially as it relates to how the present economy is effecting the cost of materials. Through many conversations with friends and family building during the exact same time as us, their experience has been night & day. I hands down would not recommend them and our builder likely will not accept future clients that wish to use United for their loan.
