I had gone to this bank to do a deposit for my neighbor she had been in a car accident and couldn't go to her bank. So I pulled into the drive through and the girl said that one was closed and would I mind going to the other one and I said I'll just come inside she said ok. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do the deposit for her but to my surprise I had no problem. I explained to the lady at the counter what had happened and I told her I was trying to help my neighbor she said she was sorry to hear about her accident and there would be no problem doing the deposit for her. The young lady that waited on me was Jakki and I couldn't have asked for a more sweater or nicer person that waited on me actually there were only 2 lady's working that day and they were both just as nice as they could be. Thank y'all both so much and God bless y'all

I Am On Leave From Work And I Have To Come Here And Cash My Checks For This Short Amount Of Time And Everytime I Come In Here It’s Something Different With The Check Cashing Process They Ask You, Do You Have An Account Just To Essentially Make You Deposit The Check Into Your Account Even If You Wanted Cash In Hand. The Customer Service Is A Literal Zero. And The Straw That Really Broke The Camels Back Was Whoever My Teller Was Decided To Announce To The Whole Bank The Amount Of Money I Had In My Account. There Is No Privacy And I Will Absolutely Be Closing My Account.

Inside services even worse you can stand there and they act like they don't see you. If there was another bank closer I would move my money.
