They offer nothing that you can't get at a fully staffed bank. Definitely no customer service. Update: When I closed the account, the penalty was outrageous. They had no paperwork to justify the penalty ... unbelievable! They said it was lost in the merger with Reliant ... What? So glad to be away from that place.
