She worked for 1.5 hours with me and never got an attitude. She had so much compassion about my father’s passing and at every road block, she’d say we’re going to get this! She wasn’t letting anything stop her from helping me. She deserves more than 5 stars!!!! She’s an amazing person and employee. I hope upper management noticed her hard work and customer care. I wouldn’t call if customer service because she truly cared. I’ve dealt with a lot of smart aleck people throughout this whole ordeal and it was simply refreshing to cross paths with her. She truly was a blessing to me and I know is to others. She deserves a raise and or recognition for a job well done.
